The eggsac will have 10,000 little sons and daughters, mostly ordinary spiders; a scant few will ever become hybrids if they survive infancy. It’s especially hard on the mother, human or hybrid, because she has to watch all her children parachute away into the wind. A spider grows into a hybrid very slowly, too. She’ll never see them in her lifetime.

It was probably Solider’s idea, he offhandedly mentions how his family use to have a huge celebration and the idea just wont leave him so he goes to find other to help him arrange it, McCree doesn’t much care for the big get together holidays but he easily agrees because food, Lena and Reinhardt just like to party so they help the two of them convince Winston that they should have a feast.
