Genji would probably really be abused if he ended up in illegal hybrid trade though wouldn’t he? some guys were told they would get their hands on a dragon, those are rare (I would assume), and then there’s terrified, kidnapped, probably mistreated while being moved to them, and ‘broken’
I image the folks of the black market get all excited and when they see Genji brought to them they’re just like ????? the fuck is this trash.
He can’t sell for a lot, so they probably threaten him and use him as a means of luring other hybrids to them.
dragons must be rare, especially twins though Genji wouldn’t fetch as high a price

That’d be one of the few times he’d actually strike someone with a bite. He’s normally very gentle but if someone really threatens him he will lash out.

Well considering pet theft is a real thing and human trafficking is a thing I’m pretty sure hybrid abduction is a thing too. Though in terms of reselling, I’m sure thieves would look more for rarer, purer, more exotic breeds.
