Hybrid!Genji is rather irritable when you first adopt him. He’s unsure what to make of you, wary of his new surroundings, and still somewhat uncomfortable with his body. A nervous tick of his is to scratch himself with his claws.

So, you force some mittens on him so he can’t hurt himself any more. He absolutely hates it but you think he looks cute as heck. (After awhile he no longer needs them but he starts to like wearing them anyway.)

I guess it might be a good idea to fill up my AO3 some more, but there’s no way I can sift through all my writing and copy EVERYTHING. How about you guys suggest favorite posts of yours and I can post those???? Ideally scenario posts that can be read like a fic, ya know? It’d help if you could possibly send me the /post link if it’s an old one.

I could possibly post commissions too but only if the commissioners give me permission. 🤔

Sorry if this sounds weird it do hybrids make animal noises? Like do the cats meow?

They do!

Cat hybrids let out little mews on occasion and definitely purr.

Dog hybrids don’t really bark, but they growl and whine.

Bird hybrids chirp and whistle, while parrot hybrids specifically do a decent job at impressions.

Soooo, they do make animal noises, just not all of them. Basically animal sounds that make sense for a human to imitate I guess? That’s kinda how I picture it.
